The Russian President Vladimir Putin has said Russia would defeat Ukraine in the grip of a new incarnation of Nazism. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to ask for handouts, this time for F-16 jets which the US and its allies like Germany have rejected, for now.
