Happy Father's Day to All My Brothers - The One Bull

Happy Father's Day to all of my brothers, the sons of Africa.  Happy Father's Day to the men that make us their princesses so as adults we are queens.  Happy Father's Day to the men who even through their abuse raise strong powerful Mustafas.  Happy Father's Day to the first fathers of the world.
I watched Oprah one day present the National Geographic Special on a White suburban American family living in a house with five bathrooms going to live with a tribe in Africa. This was a tribe that had not been as my friend Aunk would say "culturally poisoned" by western interference and influence. They were required to live as the tribe and not impose their western culture. They had two children, a son around ten and a teen aged daughter. It is the tribal chief I wish to speak on this Father's Day and his influence on this suburban White American family.

All the children of the tribe presence was one of peace, tranquility quietness and respect. Not that of our current schools with the teachers from the suburban homes with five bathrooms. Well that is another future post. The young son of this American family became upset, was on a borderline tantrum and not under control of his parents. The tribal chief just walks over with a sort of frown, say nothing and takes the boy. The boy immediately stops fussing. The two walk with nothing being said and he calms down. When they return the young boy says of the chief, "he knows how to make me relax." Both children cried when it came time to leave as they did not want to go.  They did not want to leave this peace.  It was then I understood that our culture meant not only respect of elders but, that the elders respected the children. I knew this was my true culture.

The second story of an Africa father was of an elder. It was on PBS and had to do with termites destroying the huts. Again a tribe not poisoned by western culture. The natural enemy of termites is the red ants. The elder knew to bring in the red ants. He told the children to call out to the ant and tell them to come. This was to be a teaching moment in nature and natural ability. Teaching our children at every moment possible is part of our culture. Of course the ants did not come. He continues to tell the children to call to the ants. Still, the ants did not come. Finally he suggested to the children to go where the ants were and bring them back. This was a chance to educate in what was natural and to know when and how to go and get what is needed. The sons of Africa are teachers of our children.

Happy Father's Day to the sons of Africa who father as their ancestors. Ancestors who father without the laws of western culture and religions giving them permission father with the mothers of their children. These fathers are there whether the statistics of government are able to prove their presence or not. I wrote some time ago in response to an article by one of the major news networks on deadbeat fathers with many children. I wrote that these fathers were still present and it was the lesser of two evils to think them absent. The laws of this country have contributed to it being financially better for our children if the parents did not marry. The network found a family in Chicago where the parents were not married but the father was very much present. The pay rate of the two parents combined was still too low to care for their family but too high to qualify for any social supports. This man and I mean man still did not abandon his children. He bared the unjust western title of deadbeat dad. He fathered as his ancestors.

Finally with tears in my eyes I would like to say Happy Father's Day to all my brothers who fell victim to the unfair racially bias drugs laws of this country and have to father from prison. Here I introduce the One Bull that is in the title. There was a 60 minutes episode that asked “Who Is Killing All the Animals?”  Of course poachers came to mind.  It ended up being a young teen aged gang of young male elephants.  They were killing all the animals including the rhinos.  They were on an animal reserve that was created by two western males.  They attempted to create what happens naturally in Africa.  The result of their interference was this gang of young elephants.  Their solution was to kill (as imprisonment does to what is a son of Africa here in America) these young elephants.  A White man that had lived in Africa for some time to get away from western culture told these men that they were the cause.  He said you took these young teens from the older adult male bulls and this is the results.  One, and I repeat one male adult bull was placed in the animal reserve and the killing stopped immediately. That spoke to me of the fathers, the sons of Africa, especially those here in America and as the prison complex moves into Africa.

These young teens were to be destroyed as young Black male youths here in America are destroyed by imprisonment due to racially bias drug laws and/or placed in throw away schools in our schools system due to similar practices as on the animal reserve and reasons brought on by western interference.  The adult Black males in these teenagers’ lives are removed often by imprisonment and replaced by others as a solution to discrimination of women.

I cannot find the 60 Minutes video but this link does touch on the episode.

To the mothers of Africa, I ask that you respect your fathers, the fathers of your children and the future fathers that you are helping to raise.  Do not give into the divide and conquers of the Black family.  Do not use the western term deadbeat when referring to the father of your children. Be careful in how you speak of one half of who your child is, their father.  Remember your role.  When Mustafa wanted to regain his throne, he said “go get the lionesses.” Make sure that no matter what western culture makes him, keep your Mustafa Black.

As a mother of children fathered by sons of Africa, the only men who would ever be a father to a child of mine, I say with love Happy Father's Day my brothers, sons of Africa.

  1. hi Radio glad to see you, this is really an enlightening article as is your personal input. so many of our people me included are not aware of the relevant history to the world we have contributed. the only way a lot of this great inspirational info will reach the masses is through people like you putting it out there and people like myself who pass it on. "each one teach one", and we can undo for future generations, all that has been distorted or completely omitted from American history. even the Bible speaks of our heritage, and it is ignored by those who thump their Bibles and declare their "Holier than thou" self delusion. http://bible.cc/revelation/1-14.htm stay strong in the struggle my friend God Bless

    1. Thank you my friend. I had one dissenter on the Vine. Many of the people in the Bible are "us." It has been King James versionized.
